Default J's Front Lip Lowers car by how much?

Hi all~ It came today~
Its now in its black unpainted glory and is sitting on the floor of my room!
Just a question to you ppl...
how much height will be lowered as result of the lip? If its not too low...i will dare take the plunge to mould it in!

"Will lower the clearance by 40mm in side and by 20mm front compared with stock spoiler"

40mm = 1.575 inches
20mm = .7874 inches

combine that with a lowered S2K and it's scrape city!!
Is your S2K lowered??
That's one of the reasons why I decided not to get the J's front spoiler. That and it's made of Fiberglass which could spell "expensive" trouble!!
I love the look of the J's front spoiler though, lucky you!
Post some pics when you're done installing it will ya!!

You definitely should mold it into the bumper. It is not any lower than the factory wind deflectors in front of the wheels.

The quality of the fiberglass is quite good compared to some others I have seen. The mold is almost flawless.

OK, for the benefit of other people who might be considering the J's Lip but are afraird of clearance, I think here is a pretty good comparion of the height difference:

Stock Bumper

J's Lip (almost touching the beer can)

Ground clearance with the J's is now about 128mm, with no passenger.
Its low but I still get through most bumps but my gf's driveway is now a major bitch...
Gotta drive it Snakey Style (Sideways and Over) to prevent scraping...
About a month now of ownership of the J's Lip, it's still in one piece and no regrets! So if you are considering it then, Go for it!
Here's another pic if you are not convinced its one of the nicest looking Fronts for the S2000:
