I recently bought '02 S from our local dealer in Kuwait. my head light came with chrome housing/clear. I have friends who got 00' and '01 models got black housing/ clear like the JDM.

I asked my freind who got '00 model to trade me with his headlight becuase he got the black housing//clear and i got the chrome housing. we took our cars to the dealer and they wanted to chrage us 50$ for replacment job. when they pull both head lights...they were not the same!!! sockets were different. I know both cars were euro spec s2000, they both got all the euro option.

should my head light sockets for the '02 model would be the same as the US socket?? or might be his '00 model is the same??

The singal socket is different, and I believe the hall HID system got different socket I went to the dealer today, and they told me to come back tommorow to talk to the electronic guy. I will make sure what is the different....I hope that the HID system will be the same socket is the most important to me. What is the different between the two head light? is it only the signal socket only????

The turn signal socket and mount are different on the JDM and Euro housings in comparison to the US housings.
