I would have thought that it would be virtually impossible to convert.... the VGS stands for Variable Geared Steering. This means that the input from the steering wheel has a different effect depending on the speed of the car.
I would be very suprised if this could be retro fitted to a standard USDM S2000......

JDM vs US differences:
STEERING WHEEL British, Aus, Japan cars are set up for right hand drive vs. US, Canada and other left hand drive versions.
PLATE SPACE In countries with larger liscense plates, additional space has been provided in the rear bumper
HP US cars are quoted at 240bhp (per Honda sales brochure

Has anyone a picture of the cloth seats that are standardin Japan. THe leather seems to wrinkle and get lines in it. I would be interested if the JDM seats are like the Preludes, I loved the Velour in the Prelude.

even in Japan, most S2000s have the leather seat.
