Hey Tak,

We have the F20C over here, what is the designation for the JDM model again?

Yeah I am interested to know as well about the Type V. Because I won't get a chance to test drive one before I get it so any info is helpful, especially from an owner.

Yes, I've driven both before I decided to make my purchase decision. The non-VGS has basically requires more response to produce feedback, steering rack pinon turns on the VGS is dramatically reduced and basic movements require a slight steering twitch.

All my manual transmission USDM Hondas for the last 15 years have cruise control.

I know we can get JDM pistons for the B series motors, has anyone tried importing these for the s2000?

Also, has anyone tried importing the VGS system? What parts would a full conversion to VGS need?

What?? Are you saying that you want to attempt to install b series piston in an F series engine? I hope not, I don't think you would get very far. As far as finding a set of JDM pistons for a B series try Spoon. They sell all kinds of J. spec items. Though they won't be factory pistons, the Spoon pistons would be designed to increase performance in a J spec engine.

Don't know about the VGS install. No clue there. But I would like the traction control from the system.

I didn't mean to imply installing B series pistons in an F series motor, I was simply questioning if anyone has imported JDM S2000 pistons, since all the engine internals from other JDM vehicles are available here. Sorry for any confusion.
