The difference is power and some usually rare parts ... and VGS. That's about it, nothing much else you can't get if you have the money.

Wow, never knew that. Not even as an option?! Too bad, some times it can really come in handy. Like from NY to Georgia (1050 miles)

10 more HP for JDM is one of the different, I heard because due to the 100octane and emission law, honda can using high compression of the engine in Japan.

Not even as an option.

It is strange, but this is the only manual (stick) car that I have heard of that has cruise control, you usually only get it on auto cars.

I believe that the wheels are slightly different on the JDM also.... aren't the USDM one polished or something?? In fact I have the BBS optional wheels (very similar but 6 spokes instead of 5)

actually, it's the same measurement. The Japanese use DIN horsepower, like the Europeans. Here in the U.S., tho, we use SAE horsepower. The units are a bit bigger. Not by much, tho, as you can see...

Compression ratio on JDM machines are slightly higher to take advantage in the use of the 100 octane fuel. Indeed cruise control is not available but I don't think you really need that in Japan that's why. There are 3 types of wheels available from factory, the standard is the 5 spoke Enkei wheels and the 2 optional ones are the 6 spoke BBS wheels and larger 5 spoke Modulo wheels that Tim from MG Racing has. Other than which, there is a 180KM/H speed limiter which can be easier defeated on the JDM machine and that's about it. No front jet washers and no rear fog lamp to add.
