Default Jdm Headlights

Just wanted to see what everyone pays for the JDM headlights w/ the clear turn signals? I've found a set on Ebay NEW for $850 or so and wanted to see if that was a good price or are there forum sponsors selling them for cheaper? Please let me know a good place to pick them up at and what should I be looking to pay for them.

Thanks

If they are real Honda JDM headlights, then that is a great price.

How do you know if they are "real" JDM? And the price does not include ballast or bulbs, just the headlight assembly.

Here are some pics. if someone can tell me:

C4SxM5,

Not sure if your thread is posing interest in *genuine* JDM headlamps or if you just want to have your USDM S2000 have JDM-style headlamps. With a 7 day old S2Ki.com age, thought it might be worth mentioning to you that you have a much more affordable option with Rick's Signature Accessories (if interested) to give your S2000 that same JDM look. If interested, click on the Rick's image/sig link in my sig area below and you can see what Rick's offers.

Something worth considering in your JDM quest is that *true* JDM headlamps are designed for RHD vehicles in Japan. As such, while complete, genuine headlamp assemblies easily swap between JDM & USDM S2000 vehicles, the RHD designed JDMs have a HID bulb/beam pattern that is exactly opposite our USDMs. As such, once true JDM headlamps are installed, they can blind on-coming traffic in US traffic patterns of driving on the right side of the road. There is no easy way to alter that actual HID pattern without a lot of extra work. This point alone, might make the thought of Rick's replacement JDM diffusers an option you'd like to consider as a conversion thought for your current USDM headlamps.

Anyway...not meaning to hard-sell at all. I'm just mentioning this as an option since you might not be aware of other vendors, options available to you.

Thanks,
Dave

w1ngman: thanks for the 411. I am more interested in just getting rid of the ambers and will contact Rick's Signature Accessories soon! THANKS

allkingz: the auction is actually over, but I contacted the seller and they said they had a few sets left. Will try to repost pictures.

just get the clear difusers or leave it naked... all you need to do is bake the headlight.. make sure you get someone that knows what they are doing before you start tho, but in the long run it'll save you massive amounts of money... and wingman is right you will blind people if you get the REAL JDM headlights...
