Default Jacked Up.

I cant believe this Sh*t. Last night went to pay a visit to my girl, parked for 25 - 30 min in an "unmarked" space in a private parking. No signs of "do not park" what so ever.

After 20 min into my visit, a neighbor knocked on my girl's door to alert me that a tow truck was taking my car.

Bastards....

Ran after the phucker. pressed the "panic" buton on the alarm. Tower stopped.
Started arguing, he would not let my car down. Mind you my car is lowered. The front lip was allready scraped.

After a scuffle, my girlfriend separating the big fat phucker from me, he asked for $104.00 to lower the car.

Had to fork out $104.00 or else it was going to the yard.

Looked up my rights as an individual for towing this morning on the net. . . there are none.

I cant believe this! Has anything like this ever happen to anyone.

BTW, called the towing company to complain about the carelessness of their driver and my front lip being scratched . . they could care less.

Phuckers.

That get me mad as hell!!! The dudes that work for these companies are satans little helpers. They enjoy being absolute tw*ts!

In the UK this happens all the time.

Messed up thing is, most of these companies are allowed to get away with it. Heck - I could set one up tomorrow if I had a tow truck. I could legally set a company up tomorrow, carry about a bunch of clamps in my trunk and charge people money to release them. Its a shit state of affairs man.

These people have no souls.

Exactly! I thought he would help me out, he was very close to the spot that I had parked my vehicle! But in this phucked up economy, it is probably the quickest money the fat phucker made that day.

Steff I agree with you 100%. THey can pretty much do what ever the hell they want, phuckers. I was so surprised that based on the research
towing cars from private land is justified by an ancient doctrine the lawyers call "distress damage feasant"? WTF??

Any Lawyers in the house??? please explain this thing?!!!

That's how I feel today. Anyways, just for your information check this out:

Tow truck drives can break into a car to release the handbrake, provided they are not entering with illegal intent! WTF??

Tow truck drives are allowed to tow your car even if you have a dog inside! WTF???

this is crazy. Thanks for letting me vent. Happy motoring.
