Jack Stand Points
I usually use my racing jack to get the car up using the front or the back jacking points as specified. Then i put jackstands on the corners in the place where you would jack the car up with the factory jack if you got a flat. I see a lot of people using the frame as the jack stand points such as this.
Which was is easier on the car? Thanks.

I prefer the rails on the outside. Jack up the front and put two under the pair of points further back (there's 2 if you didn't notice). Then the rear using the diff as a jacking point.

I usually use the frame also and havn't had any problem with it bending under the weight.
Thing is you can't get used to this and use the frame as a jack point for other cars....we did that to my friends (we couldn't find it becuase his body kit was covering it) and it started to bend the frame

I could be wrong but it seems like the diff would be a bad idea since its on rubber mounts.

I try to use them at the side jacking points. This keeps them at their widest points laterally, making the car more stable. Sometimes a job may not allow for that particular placement and then I use the sub-frame.
And someone needs to tell tthat car's owner that he/she doesn't need to pull the diff to put some LE-607 in. j/k

I use the frame. More room for the stands to be SLIGHTLY off center with no problems. If you are off on the flat jack points (body frame), the car could shift and crunch a quarter panel......I have seen it happen.
I use the frame rails, as they are plenty wide.
