Default It'll Buff Out?

Without disclosing too much info, someone hit me today.

Just curious what the knowledgeable s2ki folks think about my damage. Estimated cost?

ouch that sucks. i hate little accidents like that they're sometimes more of a pain in the neck to fix than larger dents.

i'm not sure if paintless dent removal will work on that because it's wavy. if it were me i would look for another SS fender and just swap over. i'm not sure if s2k's you can just take the fender off and slap it back on...in 240's it's easy.

I am not an expert on bodywork, but it looks like the panel will need to be replaced.

If their is a crease in the metal your supposed to replace it. Some shops don't though even though they should. I figure your going to have to get it painted if you keep it. It would probably be in your best interest(money wise) to find some one selling a ss fender..

Hate to tell you this, but the rear fender is part of the frame and has to be cut off. So they are bondo-ing the piss out of that or cutting...

a coworker got a scrape on his rear bumper, it was $400 just to paint it perfectly and you also have to add in bodywork. maybe a grand?

If they can fill it in, ~$500-700. If they need to replace the quarter it will be double that for starters
