Default ITBs? worth it?

i've been doing a lot of research about turbos and sc for my s2000... I'm also researching on the ITBs... what do you guys think? for longivity and performance, do you guys think ITBs are good? Someone told me you have to tune it yourself everyday due to weather and stuff... and if anybody knows, how much HP would i gain from ITBs?

They are a great mod, but loud as hell, and need constant attention in regards to tuning. Only for the hard core IMO.

its $$$ for what gains you get. it would have been nice for honda to give us itb's stock like the s54 gets but for the small gains i would say save ur $ and get a s/c eventually.

ITB's on a stock motor, not sure? If you were to build your motor and have stuff like head work, exhaust, header etc done you could definately build yourself a beast. Although for the price you'll pay to get say 250whp, you could go FI and make way more power, and go faster!

If your a straight line guy (1/4 mile), and your shooting to be the fastest from point A to point B then boost is your friend. If your aiming for a more reliable setup, and are doing some some Auto X or lapping then N/A is probably the way to go.
