Where have you seen any testamonials that claim ITBs gain anything on an S2000 to justify the cost? Only a handful are around and some of these don't run so good. You got that much money to "blow"?
There's a lot of TALK about how good ITBs are and little dyno evidence. I know one of the 1st guys to have them (won't say unless he chimes in) and the gains were not impressive. He even went so far as to have Ultimate Lurker fly out from California and tune his car. ITBs sound great, but there's little objective data to show that they are work the money. If you want a good mod and you just got the car or you want to stay NA, get gears and have Alaniz re-work your engine.

Instead of spending all that money on ITB's + tuning, go for a Comptech or Vortech aftercooled and AEM EMS and after that you could still afford some accesories like a new clutch, headers and exhaust. Or instead of headers and exhaust you might have enough for gears and the reinforced differential.

how much would gears run me? i'd like to see a dyno of someone with itb's also if there are any, anyone could get there hands on. i'm probably just gonna go intake/exhaust while i'm still figuring this out. aem or spoon for intake? also i heard that veilside teardrop sounded good. i KNOW mugen sounds good, but i'd like to hear my options first before choosing one.

Enter "ITB" into the search and you'll get over 30 pages of stuff, many interesting threads on the first page.

I liked the AEM when I had it, but all AEM CAI owners must protect it from getting water into the filter.
