Default Invidia or Spugen Exhaust

Hi, I own a 2005 Honda S2000 (middle east specs, 2.0L) and I wanna buy an exhaust system, i am looking for something loud and light with dual tips. The Amuse is to expensive.

The Invidia website has no specs on the weight. The Spugen does. However there was a review in the Spugen site on the Dual Tip Ti v2 that after 3000 miles the hook broke and it melted the bumper. Has any one else faced the same problem?

Is the invidia louder or is the spugen louder? And which one would you go for?

Thanks

The broken hanger on that guys exhaust was a fluke. Spugen makes a quality product. I have had both the spugen and the invidia. The Invidia is light wieght and loud. I would say the Invidia would be louder than the spugen dual. People have had numerous quality issues with the Invidia Exhaust. One that comes to mine is Roja_Boy. I however was satisified with the quality of both. Invidia is also full stainless while spugen is not. I would go with the Spugen Dual Ti over the Invidia, the only bad thing I could say about the spugen exhaust would be the grey primer looking paint they put on the piping it has a tendency to crack and sometimes rust. My exhaust is sprayed with a black rust resistant paint, I bought the exhaust used and have no clue if spugen painted it or if the previous owner did.

The invidia is about 30lbs. lighter than the stock exhaust. Also, since you don't mind the loudness, the invidia is the best sounding exhaust i've ever heard on any 4 cylinder. nothing but rich and deep bass.

The exhaust makes the car sound like a mini f1 car.

Do a search and hear some of the exhaust clips and decide for yourself which you like better.

+1 for Invidia! I still use my Invidia. Makes great gains, and still one of my favorite sounding exhausts.

I think the Invidia is superior in sound and looks over Spugen.
