I decided to flush the clutch fluid for the first time yesterday with 57k km on the odo. This is not the original clutch thanks to the buzzy clutch TSB. A couple of weeks ago I noticed that the clucth effort was becoming variable
but there was no degradation in performance. After the flush, the clutch effort is ligther than I ever remember it, and the engagement point is lower in the pedal stroke. Any idea as to why the engagement point has changed?

You will probably need to re-flush the fluid line to get all the air out. Use the search and you will find 2-3 different methods of doing this properly.
If you manually flushed the line, remember to get under the car and push the clutch fork to get the last remaining air out of the line.
