I just thought this was pretty interesting as now, many people favor the changes to the 02 and up s2000s. Hell, they're now paying upwards of a grand just to get the soft top with glass...

I could imagine them swapping their tops over this winter because they put them down and put rips in them. Hmmm, I wonder if they took another plastic top or got a glass?

yeah a rear glass window with a defroster definitely 'kills' the sportsness in this car

 

I think alot of them were just alittle spiteful that new owners would get these improvements.

 

I don't care for that guy dissing Suzuka Blue with a blue interior There are always going to be people that don't like the changes made to a car. Hell, I don't care for anything from 04+ except the headlights and rear bumper. I had my choice when I bought an S and knew an 02-03 was what I wanted; thus, I have an 03. I don't "hate" on others because they own an 04+, but I sure as hell would never own one.

Pretty amusing. This happens everytime anything on the S gets changed (improved).

 

Still prefer the bigger plastic to the smaller glass -- not that it matters anyway as we all know the blindspots are HUGE.

I remember the day I bought it new I had to have the top up for cloudy weather and I was rather disappointed about the crease in the plastic. I also remember answering all of the millions of surveys that I got about the car and complaining about that window. But like Stevo, I think I might prefer the plastic top due to the larger window (supposedly the plastic window just shows more of the trunk?). In any case we flame because all you new guys need to be hazed.

 

I love how everyone hates on the 06 seats...I had the chance to sit in it yesterday for the first time and damn those seats rock. Sure they do not look as good as the old once, but the seat is there to sit on it, not to look at..and thje 06 is much much better for taller people
