I currently have a 2002 acura rsx and my insurance is about $240/month (CAD).

I know the s2000 must be signigicantly higher since it falls into the "sports car" category, has 2 seats, and is a convertible.

How much higher did your insurance get after getting an s2k compared to your old car?

Please list your old car as well as how much insurance increased after getting the s2k.

only pay a couple bucks more for the s2000 then a 99 eclipse gs

I have a RSX Type S as well, looking to get a S2K this fall. Calling my agent, she quoted a $40 increase per month over what I pay now. All in all- not too bad.

you should call around. i called like 20 places, and the range was from 195/mo to 640/mo
