I'm in the process of negotiating a job in Atlanta, Georgia, and need to get some info. on what it might cost for basic insurance. I'm moving from Houston, TX and need to compare. 32 years old, no tickets, one car. Insurance in Houston is about $850.00/6 months. Can I expect the same or worse?? Thanks!

I searched around and ended up with Progressive. They have good service and you can get the whole thing online without fooling with an agent, that way you can play around with coverage rates and so forth. Mine ended up being around $800 for 6mo with full coverage on a MY04. I'm 23 with a clean record, so that's not too bad.
