I've reviewing the past threads regarding replacing a broken wheel stud, but I need a little more instruction to finish the job. I have downloaded a few pages of what seems to be the Helm's manual that shows the whole "Knuckle/Hub Replacement" guide. So far I have had success in hammering out the broken wheel stud....however, there just isn't enough space for it to completely come out (without taking apart a few more components). Do I need to remove the whole front caliper assembly, brake hoses, and the rotor too? If I need to remove the rotor (or pull the rotor away from the car), I am having trouble removing the two 6mm brake disc retaining flat screws. I have tried using WD-40 to loosen those things, but I feel like they might strip if I add too much force. IF there is an easier way, please let me know. Thanks.

I had the dealer do it exactly for the reasons you discovered. It ain't like the FWD Hondas where you can beat them out and put in new ones with no trouble...
