im still trying to figure out whats wrong with my front springs i dont know where to take my car out here in santa clarita so i donno wha to do really.
Too bad you aren't over here on the right coast.

If you're sure that the springs were installed in the right locations, then I suspect the suspension wasn't loaded before things were tightened back down. Have you posted in your regional forum to see if anyone can recommend a good shop?

It handles ok with them reversed. The enoying part is that I get flashed all the time because people think I have my high beams on. Since the back was lower then the front the light beam was hitting oncoming traffic at eye level. I'm going to call the shop and set up an appointment for next week.
I'll bet you got flashed a lot. Our low beams can be nasty if they're not aimed properly. Maybe you should consider getting your headlights aligned will you're in the shop for the suspension alignment.

Pay us back by helping out when someone insists that our cars handle like crap after lowering.

Do you know what they mean when they say that your "front springs are out about an inch?" I honestly have no idea what that might mean.

Some alignment shops will have trouble with the first alignment after a drop, but once a competent alignment man gets the car right, subsequent alignments will be easy enough for any alignment-rack-jock to handle. If your shop is having trouble getting the car aligned properly I'd suggest trying another shop. If you can find someone who does race cars they'll have no trouble with your S2000.

well alignment wasnt the problem. the problem was that after i lowered the car the front looked like it stayed the same or even got higher so i took it to another shop and the checked it out and said that the spring isnt in properly and that they will need to adjust it and that is what is probable keeping my car at stock hieght. After this is fixed ill try and find someone to do alignment.

OK, now I understand. Hopefully the second shop will get the job done right for you.

Aligning the car isn't that hard, but there is some interaction between the adjustments, and some alignment guys won't take the time it takes to get it right, especially after the car has been lowered. Hopefully you won't have too much trouble finding a good shop. Be sure to ask then if they know how to get a lowered car on their alignment rack without banging it up.
