silver on black on my black car- so far rear only. that one took about 45 minutes... maybe because i have the "upgraded" black "H" emblems. guessing that they have more surface than the originals. the look is subtle...
am thinking about putting red on black on the front.
the one hint that i would add is that the floss should be at least doubled while removing the old badge.
i did notice that the dealer scratched up my car (under the badge) when they installed the black emblems. was surprised that i would do a better job than they would!
i would like to be able to change emblems...
rick, or anyone-
where can i get replacement stuff (and what do i get?) to stick the emblems back on when i take them off and remove the sticky part?

a few more installation hints:
1. double up the floss
2. try dry removal... worked better for me and was not as messy
3. if you have the black chrome H badges, they are probably not clipped on the back and probably are clipped on the front. may be an easier way to remove, but i just pulled until the clips (and badge posts) broke off (got that idea from this board).
4. mark the center of the old badge on the tape (top and bottom) with a pen. this made exact installation easier for me.
note that the rick badges can be moved if you mess up, as long as you do not press them down first. i did not properly center the front one and was able to remove it and reset it- perfect now!
took 45 minutes to take off the rear badge (they used more adhesive on that one and i used solvents which made the job messy); 5 minutes to loosen the front, but about a half-hour (mainly trying to figure out what to do) to remove the front.
installation (putting the new badge on) takes 30 seconds!
and these badges are awesome!!!
THANKS RICK!!
