increasing oversteer

If you are a drifter, than a really big rear sway bar, smaller rear tires, higher from tire presssures, increasing rear spring rate and stiffening the rear adjustable shocks (if you had adjustable shocks).

That said, why do you want to do this? Adjust your driving style and get an alignment. the 04 pushes because it has almost no negative camber up front. A good alignment will take care of this easily.

Disconnect your front sway bar. That should address any understeer concerns you have.
