Ok, is it just me, or does anyone else have other people flash their lights at you because they think you have your brights on? Geez, you would think the people here in Oklahoma had never seen HIDs. Seriously, like every 5th car flashes their lights at me. I have had two people pull up beside me and want to fight because they think I am being an jerk by not turning off my brights. This is ridiculous.

I'm with ya bro... Edmond here -- Of course I just got my car two days ago, but I still get flashes.

I find it fun to have flashing wars... makes the person feel like an idiot. And then I flip them off!

Oh, they'll realize you've only had your low beams on all along but they'll just find another reason to go off the deep end - some people just don't want to admit they were ever wrong.

Yeah even if you high beam back, they do it AGAIN!! It's like, they have no clue. They seriously have to be taking an enormous amount of acid to be that stupid.

What's worse is when cars with HIDs do it.

just happened to me tonight. First time with my S (only 750 miles)....but I immediately got the sense that this was going to be pretty common - my home town is a gas lit community with no street lamps ...this could make matters worse.

Usually I will flash people back - just depends on what kind of mood I am in. The funniest thing was when I was flashing a car which going the opposite direction as me to let them know I didn't have my brights on, and a guy in an 85 mustang in front of me and going the same direction thought I was flashing him. He rolled down his window and flipped me off, and then whipped into a Git-n-Go and jumped out of his ride like he wanted to fight. I asked him what his problem was and he started cursing and spitting until I told him I was flashing the other car. Then he tried to play it off and act cool
