That's great. That's the way customer service should always be handled. I think some of the other companies that we talk about could learn a lesson.

There is the expensive Zymol and the cheap Zymol. Check out the wash and wax forum. An NSX owner did some tests with the stuff you buy at walmart (Zymol Cleaner Wax), the expensive Zymol for the NSX (Like 150 a bottle) and Zaino. The Zaino came out on top for longetivity with the cheap Zymol (Walmart stuff) a close 2nd. Go figure.

Zymol is definatley a great product. The stuff you see in Walmat, etc is the "cheap" liquid wax. I personally use the Japon wax on my car since that is what they recommended.

The results of this wax is all in how you use it. I get better results each time I use it.

A couple of secrets. Use HD Cleanse to get a fresh surface (do this about twice per year). Have alot of towels for buffing. Turn the towels often.

when you put on the wax, use lots of towels and use a very fine layer of the product - less is more!

Noooooo, you're supposed to use it to wax your turtle! Turtles need a protective layer of wax too since they're out in the elements all their lives.

Just curious which wax you're using. Zymol recommends their "Japon" paste wax for the S2000, but it sounds like you're using a liquid.

Thanks.

Thanks for clearing up my misconception on the origins of turtle wax. By the way, can you use Japon wax on turtles?

Yes, but it only works on Japonese turtles.

Clive,
Are they anything like Japonese Beetles? If so, does it only work on a VW?
