up to about 3000miles the tranny felt good but a bit stiff , after that it got even more stiff!
i hated it , and i sometimes wondered what the fuss is about the s2000 trans being so good (all i ever saw were very short but stiff shifts!)
down shifts are the worst!!! i hated them
then i went for the 6000mile (10000km)check up and told the dealers that i wanted my tranny oil changed since it sometimes got soo stiff!
i came to get it and a guy said that the tranny oil really needed changing! he was surprized because they usualy change the oil after 12000miles
and man i feel like i brought a new car!!!!
u may not really feel it at the first second , but i did gradualy and now the tranny is perfect!!!
shifts like butter , and down shifts are really smooth like they should be! (i recomned a change in the tranny oil if u r having problems)
one explanation i thought of the stiff action was that my car was sitting in the dealers for more than 8 months! and u know the guys and kids when they sit in them they go : SHIFT SHIFT SHIFT! they fu*k the gearbox with all the rowing! so maybe that the tranny oil got really bad from that reason and it got stiffer with time.....................
so anyone can give an explanation? and yes tranny is that good now!

I changed mine to Redline MT-90 at around 5k miles and it was great, now I am at 13k, and the nochiness is starting to get worse. If I could ever remember to buy new oil, I would change it again.
