When I made the question about left foot braking I was trying to make it a smart ass question. Glad to see ZDan posted because I believe left foot braking is useless too. ZDan knows his stuff
I don't think ZDan said it's totally useless. I believe he is suggesting that most drivers should not be left foot braking until they reach a certain level...

On the street, totally useless. It is useful for some corners at some tracks, depending on the car. At TMP for instance, turn 14, I usually give a small tap on the brake pedal with my left foot. Ditto for Turns 1 and 4 at MIR. It's not uncommon for an experienced driver to left-foot brake on race tracks.

Anyhow, back to the original post. How is this guy not banned from S2KI yet?
Ok well yea, you are right. I have always just been iffy on the whole idea of left foot braking, which is why I said "I dont believe in it". Now that I think about it, TMP the left before the last turn would be good to use it. On the street it is useless. I just always been uncomfortable with the idea of it, again, why I said I dont believe in it. Maybe the end of this track season I will who knows...

Never in my life have I seen anyone drive to the extent as the people in that video, or even close to it for that matter. That's pretty ridiculous. Anyways this isn't a "S2000 drivers" problem, there are drivers like this in all types of cars whether sports cars or trucks.

The OP was talking about people who can't drive well. These guys obviously know what they are doing I have never seen that type of driving here. I guess the CHP is doing a good job of keeping our roads safe

If I had one of those I would have prevented a hit and run that happen 3 cars lengths in front of me. Guy driving 15-20 mph over speed limit switching lanes at the same time as another car. The victim didn't notice the upcoming idiot who lost control of his pos van and rammed into another car. The car that got clipped had no idea what was going on behind him and smashed into median wall. While the idiot who caused the wreck also hit the wall but, some how gained control and sped off to the next exit. I couldn't cut traffic to make it to the same exit in time to chase him down but, got his license plate information. Oh and it was pouring outside. Just had to rant about this.

I also felt disappointed at the average level of driver the S2000 represented, but I got over it pretty quick. I think as long as you drive and enjoy the car responsibly yourself there is little use at getting annoyed. These also double as affordable "style" or "fun" cars for some of the population, and when you think of it, its not that realistic to expect the community of any model car to be significantly "truer" driving enthusiasts than normal. Maybe the Miata crowd is probably more skilled than the rest generally speaking, but they are obviously a big exception.

I think S2000 drivers are dangerous not there cars. One can be extremely dangerous in a minivan or a truck.

"Why do people in BMW's drive like jerks?" was asked in a forum. One reply I noticed and laughed was "Because we can"

So, there's definitely a feedback from the car to the driver... S2000 encourages spirited driving, while an Accord punishes you for it.

Exactly, I have never seen a retarded driver in an S. I have, however, seen retarded drivers in many many other cars/trucks/etc... there are more stupid people not drivering s2000's than there are stupid people driving s2000's.
