Default I need a lawyer

It finally happened...got a ticket for 75+ in a 55. On I-95, going slightly faster than traffic in the second-most righthand lane. Was in the right-most lane, but a car and a Bronco-style truck pulling onto highway. Turns out the Bronco was a patrolman and didn't notice the flash of sticker on his side until I was rolling past him. Claims I was doing 85+, no radar, just paced me....load of crap.

Anyway, I'm not going to ask how do I get out of this, I just want to know what type of lawyer I need to contact to help with the case....I'll plead guilty to a lesser infraction, pay more money, keep points off of my license, etc.

Thanks guys and gals...

A traffic ticket lawyer should do just fine, especially since he never used a radar to confirm his speedometer.

Often you can call the local DA who handles traffic court ahead of time and they will allow you to plead to a non-moving violation. They just want the fine money.

Buddy, you don't know the half of it...

I cut my losses with my girlfriend of three years, signed a lease on a new apartment closer to where I work and further from Boston (a job I was let go from 3 days later...go figure), $175 speeding ticket, and constant self-reminders I haven't finished my research yet.

If fate has something more in store for me, bring that bad bitch on! At the moment none of it is really bothering me....I'm still doing this --> ...but much more and I'll be doing this --> (Can you say "postal" boys and girls? I knew ya could...)

But I still got my health What moron came up with THAT feel-good saying...

At least I'm not broke, and I can still get shit-faced at the locals bars with friends
