I need HELP with my ticket
#1
OK
So here is what I found out so far.
After calling six different people. (They didn't know how
to transfer a call) I got through to the Blounty County Court
House.
The Sheriff cop was wrong. I have to appear in court, with a
Reckless Driving citation. They said that if I got a approved
Blount Attorney then maybe the judge will allow that person
to appear for me.
The people I have talked to were not nice yet. All real short
with me.
I need help!!!!!!!! I need to find an attorney near Blount county. I'm not asking for a free attorney, at this point I just need one.
This has to go to court to determine the fine and points. I can't just pay, not that I want to anyways.
I'm having no luck, so if anyone knows anyone in Tenn please help me out.
Thanks again for all those that contributed to the fine, I will be needing it more then ever know.

Call the Tennessee Bar Association. Explain the problem as briefly as possible. Tell them that you need a referral for whichever county it is. Get several. Call the attorney's the bar refers you to.

Dude, that really bites! btw, I got your stuff, so the next time you're in town, give me a buzz. Actually, the enforcement of that road is getting pretty serious. When I was there on Sunday, I headed through the Dragon to get to 140 to go home. I wasn't pushing it that hard and was fortunately going around one of those slow curves after the banked essess when I met up with a *pair* of market troopers going the other way. Fortunately, I was doing 36 at the time, so I was even under the limit. Two close calls were enough for me, and I high-tailed it out of there. Well, low-tailed, really, I got stuck behind six tourists going about 20 <mutter>.

He was 'messin' up, but what he got pulled over for, and when he got pulled over was not what he was ticketed for....all the S2K Days attendees know. He videotaped the whole thing and we watched it for dinner.
Even what is stated on the ticket is incorrect....my opinion, he should fight it and show the portion of tape where he got ticketed....it'll show innocence.
