it's nothing really astonishing driving-wise i just enjoy watching it when I can't drive my car around

You really think so? I tried making it as small as possible the original was 40 minutes long so I figured I'd fast forward it.
I'll see what I can do next time I've got some time to spare, maybe get it down to the 5' region

One min would be too short, but I like the idea, maybe 2 min each of day and night, and splice them together for more direct juxtaposition. Make it a five min movie.

what do you use to make the video? what camera/mount

I like the vid, just cut out all the red lights and take it down to 5 min and it will be good.

I used the windscreen mount from modifry and an olympus from the tough series. there was too much buffeting on the noise though..

alright as per your request (and because I've got a lot of free time ) I've re-edited the video to about 6 minutes and even managed to include some engine noise
it'll probably be up by tomorrow I'll let you guys know.
