"He said "no matter what happens in regards to the top, except negligence, your covered for the entire time of the coverage" 7/100,000"

Since when is the Honda warrantee 7/100,000?

I think you're thinking of a Dodge Caravan, dude

Obviously I have.. If you can show me where in the text it says your not covered, show me.

I placed a call to the service manager today and asked him specifically about this and he said " Yes, anything related to manufacturing, wearing due to design(where it folds) is covered by your warranty".

My dealership is Downtown Honda in Spokane WA. Maybe it's your choice in where you spent your money.

Comprehensive Component Coverage*

Drivetrain
Engine, Transmission, Fuel-Injection System and Axles

Computers/Electronics
Computers, Switches, Sensors and SRS Control Unit

Chassis
Suspension, Steering and Brake System

Heating/Cooling
Air Conditioning, Heating System and Cooling System

Genuine Honda or American Honda Authorized Electronic/Audio Accessories
Factory or Dealer-installed Audio, Cellular Phone, Security and Navigational Systems

I could not find any info on that website or in the Honda Care warranty documentation that the top is specifically covered or that it is not covered. If it is, please point it out for me.

Some people experiencing problems with their soft top have been taken care of by their dealership, and others haven't. Good for you that you found a dealership that will take care of you. I hope you never have any problems with your car, but if you do, I hope your service manager keeps his word.

I don't have a dog in this fight, I'm simply saying that there is nothing in the Honda Care warranty that specifically says the top is covered. Because of this, Honda dealerships have been inconsistent in how they approach and resolve these problems.

Since I got the extended plan 7/100, with roadside blah blah blah..

But this level of coverage is still on the 'standard' plan too.

Dodge notwithstanding.
