Filed a claim with the valet servve the valet manager was a complete d*ck so now im just waiting for the claim to go through ill keep it it updated but it looks like im going to have to keep pressing them

 

this is also the first time ive ever valet a car and it will be my last!

 

Is the name of the valet service Towne Park? If it is, document everything and see to it that they pay you for all the damages including rental car costs, etc. I know firsthand that they strive to pay the least amount for damages incurred by the valet.

 

I will never valet my car. You should be happy that is the only thing wrong that happened to your car. I've heard too many things from valets. Was it a kid or an older guy that parked it?

 

I've never had my car valeted, but when my car was in the body shop they would move it inside every night, and then back outside. When I got my car back the front bumper was trashedddd from them hitting curb stops by pulling in too far. Luckily this was a very reputable body shop, and they like to keep their name clean so they touched it up within a couple days no problem

 

I have had one absolutely horrible valet experience. I learned my lesson. Never again, unless they are going to give me one of the "show off" spots that is 10 feet in front of the entrance. I was always uncomfortable with it but never wanted to be a dick about it, especially at a nice place or in front of a date. Now after shelling out 300 to fix my bumper I'll stand up for it.

You leave with your life but your car is scratched. I guess you learned nothing in urgent care. It's just a dam car. Good God this country is going to the shitter. Get your insurance to fix it and stop bitching like a spoiled brat.

Plan ahead next time you need urgent care and take a cab. Yeah just about as stupid as your original post.
