"oh, it'll be ready by tommorow."
"oh by next week."
"oh, it usually takes about three to five days, so i would say by this friday."
"give us some time, it'll be ready by next week."

now i really have whine and moan, and complain- and i have right reason why:
it's been going on like that for OVER A MONTH now.

for people who didn't know,
my car was repossessed by honda finance for some issues but i managed to re- finance the car.

now, since i bought the car "again", i have to go through the registration process,
and for some reason, the finance company made me register the car through my original dealer, not by myself.

this stupid dealer either is purposly taking time, or have no idea what they are doing.
i don't know why the financial company made the dealer to do the registration in the first place. (otherwise no re- finance.)

i have to pay the towing company $20 a day for "parking" fee- and it's been 2 months now that my car's been sitting there.

what the hell is going on???

anyone who wants to buy any kind of honda car, please, please, PLEASE avoid this dealer.

could it be they took it for a test drive and bumped it up some?

seriously man, seek legal counsel on your issue.

once i get the car back, i will.
i think i have right to ask the dealer for the responsibility of their irresponsibility about this whole situation.
i wasted too much time, effort, stress, and MONEY because of this issue.

call them to find out what is going on, and get "what's the big f$#king deal, can't you just sit down and wait" attitute everytime for over a month is harsh.

If you don't take care of this problem yourself, nothing is going to happen. If you own the car, why have you let it sit at a towing yard for 2 months? Get it registered, insured, and out of there. Your chances of holding anyone but yourself responsible are slim to none.

well, I didn't laugh at you. I merely gave you the right advice by telling you to seek legal counsel.

If your plan is to give the dealership name out to everyone and have everyone on this board (or try to get as many people as possible) to call them up and ask them about your car, then that is the improper way of handling this issue. You will also get the short end of the stick that way. If you go through proper channels and legal counsel, you will be charged what you should be charged - and that is the days that you didn't own the car (my opinion). Who knows, maybe they are doing something illegal or racking up miles on your car or they bumped it and waiting on parts and will cover it up. The list of possible outcomes isn't too unlimited. But you need to get a lawyer, or when you do get your car... *shakes head* ...no telling.
