Default I am looking at leasing an S2k...

I am driving a 2001 A4 1.8T quattro right now, but as I am in the south for school I am looking for something sportier and have narrowed it down to a TT or the s2k.

I have been searching the web and seem to be able to come away with leases in the mid 4s..

Now my main question is insurance:
I am only 19 and I am in NJ to boot so insurance costs are a big worry...

I have a clean record..but NJ insurance sucks..Anyhow I have driven the s2k a few times and loved it..
Now it is a question is if I can afford insurance...How much are you guys paying in insurance?

I know...I am trying unsuccesfully to avoid all the noobie mistakes I see on AudiWorld..
But for some reason the search just kept returning a blank page...no header or anything

I actually just mailed mine insurance payment in the other day...It was $374 for a 3 month term, which comes to about $124 a month...I have a perfect driving record, with no speeding tickets or wrecks...I am also 22 years old as well...I think a big reason my insurance is cheaper is maybe because I have a multiple car discount and plus it always seems like KY insurance is cheaper that everyone else for some reason...

NJ insurance sucks!!! I expect you'd pay over 300/month. Go see your local insurance agent and let them work for you in finding reasonable insurance.

Regarding the lease: what the 36 mo. residual? Just curious how well the banks think the car will hold it's value.
