Default How Tough is S2K

How tough are the S2k's suspension components? Arm, bushings, stock shocks/springs, etc...

The roads I frequent are full of potholes (some are rather deep) and I'm debating if I get an alignment done, I'd probably need to get it readjusted again soon after. If this is the case, then I won't get the alignment done now.

So anyone have inputs as to how much abuse the S2K's suspension can take? I believe I've read a post of an accident where the suspension system was totally mangled even though the accident was minor.
