FFS! Why even answer if you guys are just guessing? At least say "I may be wrong but I think...."
The rear plastic window itself is replaceable. It zips in except for the bottom. You will need a rivetting tool. You CAN switch to the glass window but you will need to replace the whole top vinyl to do so and make some modification so it folds correctly. I'm not sure but I don't think the frame would need to be replaced to do this

A friend and I installed my top in five hours with two trips to the hardware store to purchase additional rivets and screws. We encountered a small issue with the top not fitting correctly because I missed a hole in the rain gutter. Had we not encountered those issues we would have finished in closer to four hours.
I would recommend performing this installation with a friend because you will be able to accomplish this task much faster.
On a scale of 1/10 regarding difficulty, I would rate the top installation a 4.

To answer....
Yes the plastic window is replaceable, and it is zippered all the way around.
It is, however, not an easy task. There are 11 rivits going through the lower section of the plastic window, which secure the rain-rail to it and the top. There are also special brass rivits on the corners, which will come with a NEW Honda window. There are timing marks on the zipper to center it to the top.
To access the rain rail, you have to remove most of the interior.

To access the rain rail you need to remove the rear tire compartment and slide back the other half of the trunk. You then need to remove the plastic panels where the top rests when it is down. I would say that it sounds more difficult and time consuming than it actually is.
I seriously wouldn't waste my time installing another plastic window.
Maybe I did miss the zippers? After all, I did cut my top to reduce the removal time.
