I just drove the S2k. The car is awesome. Everything was fine except the noise (a bit too much even at low rpm). The car is good in low rpm torque, after all it is a 2.0lt car (I have driven a 900cc Fiat Cinquecento, 0-62: 22 secs!!!). I liked the sports car feel of it. The interior is excellent, no flaws whatsoever. I am 6 ft tall, no problems to be comfortable there. Rear visibility is excellent with the plastic window. The seats are very good. I don't believe that I will have problems for a trip (just the noise).
My only problem now is to find a dealer willing to make a deal, and at the same time try not to be too late (limited availability).
Does anybody know how the 350Z compares to the S in terms of sport car experience?
I am worried that the S will be sold out and the new model will be too expensive for me (I am in Canada).

As for the 350Z, it is a completely different concept. Do a search on it. There are dozens of threads dealing with this inane comparison.

The question here is how many cars are left in Canada.
In any case I need to wait (and offer low $$ for the S) since I need to unload the Jetta first (trade in value is just a joke).
