Not very. Silverstone was by far the most popular color in 2000,2001, and 2003 with quite a few having the red interior, though it was different from the 2004 red/black and the 2003 was all red.

I'm a former '00 owner with the red/black interior.. I'd say they are rare, but not as rare as my SPA is

Actually the Red AND Black interior was only available in '00 and '01. Then a slightly different version in '04. In '02 and '03 the interior is all red. Unless you change it out yourself like I did. I would agree that the Silverstone is the most popular color, but with the red and black interior you are looking specifically at '00-'01 so I would say that it's fairly rare. Especially when you consider it was optional as the all black was also available. Certianly more rare then the Spa yellow which was available for 4 model years.
