7500 miles, syn oil + Honda filter.
+1 on the 3000 mi is overkill (great band BTW), save the environment a little, don't be an oil company's marketing lemming, got better things to do with my time, train of thought

ok, I change my engine, tranny and diff oil every 3000-3500miles.
While the S is on jackstands, the extra $ and effort is negligible.
