I am 22 and I have full USAA auto insurance. If it can be covered, it is, and to the maximum amount. I pay a little over 200 a month for the insurance. No tickets or accidents on record.
I am 32 and I pay 320 every 6 months with USAA.

NOTE: "Full coverage" does not necessarily suggest that you are covered. For example. The little creep whose car I wrapped my first S around was not even in his vehicle at the time I hit his CAR. Nonetheless, he faked "injuries" that amounted to more than $28.000 in medical expenses. Ergo, had I opted for the cheapest "full coverage" (15/30), I likely would have had to pay out some $13.000 on behalf of that lowlife. So imagine the medical costs had he been truly - even severely injured. BEWARE!
When someone said they have full coverage, they mean that they have Comprehensive and Collision coverages, oppose to Liability only as required by laws. For Liability coverage, you can buy minimum or higher, depending what level of risk do you like to take, what is your net worth ... Myself, I paid for maximum Liability that Mercury offers and $1 million umbrella coverage for both house and cars. Too many lawyers and scumbags out there, trying to screw anyone at any chance they have.

I just bought a 05 s2000, 29,500 for the car, 36,000 otd (10 year/100K full coverage, lo jack, alarm, taxes & registration)

I have seven vehicles so I get multiple vehicles discount 100/300/100 coverage with 500 collision and comprehensive deductable. It costs me 900 a year.

Granted I am 33 years old, single, clean driving record (last 3 years)

The insurance really depends on so many factors, not fair or relative to discuss. Where you live is a HUGE factor. Age - location - car - driving history - zip code - multi car disc - multi policy disc - degree disc - years with ins co disc - WAYYY too many things to influence an insurance policy. No two person's policies are ever going to be alike.

Same can be said for the payments. How you haggle on the price matters. Your credit matters for your APR. So does how many months your financing for.
