Sounds like a good deal. 19k and it's a GREAT deal. Obviously get it thoroughly checked out, transmission etc.

there was a blue one in the marketplace with 10k mi for 19k. I bought mine for 20700 with 7k miles. I had to have the white lol.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of the blue. The one I'm looking at is GPW also...I've always wanted the s2000 in white with the two tone red/black interior and have told myself that I won't settle with anything else...hehe

I think you should do it, def offer him 19 and see what he say's. It's worth a shot. I bought my 06 bb for 19k in socal back in february.
