For Honda, until the last day and / or mile of your factory warranty (whichever comes first).

A group buy just happened: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/showthread.php?...36&pagenumber=3

A 7 year / 75k mile / $0 deductible Hondacare will set you back about $800.

if this warranty is for bumper to bumper, i think it would be worth getting for only 800 dollars.

It's in the thread I posted above. There's a lot of posts so in case you can find it, it's $970 for a 6/100k/$0 deductible and $915 for a 6/100k/$50 deductible.

Keep in mind that these are special negotiated rates. Your local dealer may or may not be able to offer you these rates.

Oh yeah, I'm assuming you're in the U.S.

The rate rises by (currently) $60 after 24,000 miles. Those rates in the buy will not be beaten. They are less than $100 over dealer cost.

only problem is you must use a honda dealer. some aftermarket warranties not only let you choose your local mechanic, but also offer more coverage than the honda (i.e. clutch). I used the aftermarket warranty on my old rx7 to pay for some nice upgrades (adj koni's instead of reglar shocks).
