how much does it cost to flat bed a car?
my dealer says theyll do a swap with the color i want but the car is about 150 miles away and icannot go pick it up. how much if i hire a flat bed service?

You will have to call around. Tow companies have more prices than the airlines. I had a car towed about 60 miles once and it was about $100. It was a non-emergency situation and I think that helps.

be VERY careful when you flatbed an S. supposedly there's certain special mount points for the towing. when i had my car transported (not towed), the transport company had to purchase something to properly mount my car without damaging the car (this was at no cost to me).
if it was me, i would use a transport company rather than a tow company. transport companies have more experience transporting new cars. tow companies lug around broken, damaged cars.
