Seems high to me - what color?? I hear that MCB is like $3k. It also depends on if they strip the car down and paint the whole body or if they just painted the exterior pieces. I saw an S that was NFR and was repainted only on the exterior a darker red. It looked ghetto to me on the door sills where the colors met....
My money is better spent on FI for $9K.....

thats way too much IMO,My friend had a Electron Blue Pearl paint on his RSX and it still looks nice a year after it was done,he paid $3200.00 including the engine bay and door sills.
