Default How much did You pay?

I recently bought the license plate plug holes to cover up those annoying holes that are found after taking off the front license plate. I paid a total of about $15 bux for them at my local honda dealership and I was wondering if they can be had for a cheaper price. Sorry if this is a repost, i just felt like i paid too much for just little plugs.

Considering they're on the car when delivered, and they _REMOVE_ them before they give the car to you, yeah you can get them cheaper (I bet in California, where they likely install the front plate bracket, they've got boxes of them).

The day I took my 2003 home I removed the front plate. Drove it back to the dealership the next day and talked to the salesman who sold me the car. He had a service guy come out to the parking lot, put them on my bumper and didn't charge me a penny.

My dealer throws them out, didn't have another S2K and those plugs are unique to that car. They couldn't help me, so I lived with it for about a month and finally bit the bullet.

We both paid too much (damn dealers), but I had little options.

p.s. They had a box full for my Acura, but they always did have better service.

Technically you bought them when you bought the car. If they toss them they should make good and order you new ones. On them, of course. They are suppose to put them in the glove box.
