the S is pretty well made for a sports car, but not to the point where you would say it's luxurious. however at the same time it doesn't look cheap either. i'd say something like bmw z4 is sportish as well as luxurious

Not very much, thank God. I consider the A/C and power roof luxuries in a car like the s2000

The only true luxury ride was the Chrysler Cordoba with rich Corinthian leather.

S2k's amenities are akin to a 1992 Escort with the LX-E trim level.

The questions kinda loaded tho...how many folks think a McD QPC tastes like lobster? I'd be worried if too many folks raised their hand.

Leather does not make it a luxury car. Sport Luxury = BMW, not Honda.

Although when you compare it to luxury(MB, BMW, etc) cars of the early to mid 90s...it's way up there!

The s2000 is about as luxurious as a pair of sandpaper boxers.

But it's still fun

If a Caterham is zero and our C-Class is a fifty then the S2000 is probably about 40-45. It does have all the basics of luxury; Power steering, brakes, heater, air conditioning, leather seats, a power top, both sound and heat insulation, a radio/CD-player, electrical outlet, power windows, and even a cup holder. Compared to an all out sports car with the emphasis on sports (like the Caterham or Atom) the S2000 looks very luxurious. The CR less so, but even the CR has power steering and power brakes. I always thought that "luxury" was a relative term.

Did you see "clock" on my luxury item list anywhere?

Yea, for sure, there is a HUGE difference in luxury between the MY00-01 cars and all the others.
