How long does it take to receive from MUZ?

it is not atypical for a shipping company to offer to leave the package AFTER the receiver has granted permission, as I did. In addition, 24hrs earlier, they said they would do so!! See my point???

thats poor customer service.
I have things shipped or receive things shipped through fed ex every single day, and have never had a serious problem. Had an AM del show up afternoon, and they were apologetic and were tracking that down right away....no excuses.
hate to say it, but i may love my cross bar and love my new floormats, but I won't be buying from prestige again, not worth the frustration, or potential frustration, if they will only use DHL and provide no additional customer support
