CDV already removed. it was worse when it was still in there.
You sure? Typical symptom of CDV.

Take a look at this thread. It seems to be a similar issue to yours...

I am curious, why it is irrelevant?
Different clutch in a different car with different loads.

48K on same clutch, but bought it used. Still runs great after 5K miles worth of FI. But I want to replace at X-mas time.

i would say 50-60k should be your limit, but if you want to stretch it out more, why not

65000 miles and still fine. Car has 92000 miles on it. Replaced the original clutch at 27000 for buzzing and installed comptech flywheel at the same time.

i had rsx-s with 80+k on oem clutch when i sold it. it was still holding strong.

clutch is all depends on how you drive. u can make it last 100k miles or 10k miles it all depends on you.

i've owned alot of honda, and never have had to replace a clutch. never. that included a hatch running a 125shot. its all in how you drive. my s2k has 43k miles and the stock clutch is still very strong.

I'm sure my clutch wouldn't last too long, since I get stuck in heavy city traffic quite often in weekends ...
