how to get rid of passenger seat belt rattle?

Default how to get rid of passenger seat belt rattle?
Its driving me nuts when the passenger belt bangs against the plastic and makes the thick thuck noise. I don't want to plug it in because it just looks funny, and unplug when I have a passenger.

Is there any way to position it not to knock against the plastic behind the door?

I took it out of the seat belt guide on the seat and positioned the belt above the guide so that the buckle rests on the seat.
