Wow . . . I had no idea they wouldn't bring it here. Thanks a lot for the help -- hopefully I'll be in my new s2000 by this afternoon! I'm so excited, I can hardly stand it. Maaco, here I come.

Yeah, Earl Scheib is much better. :0

Ask others in your area (try the regional communities) for a good/excellent paint shop. Maybe try asking places that sell custom vehicles.

You guys say that the color is unavailable in the US, but the Insight is available in MC blue. Why can't you aquire that paint from your Honda dealer and repaint your S that color?

I haven't tried it, mind you, I just don't think you guys were correct. If you meant that the S itself isn't sold here in that color, well then yes, that's correct.

I looked into importing an MC blue S2000 from Japan. It's prohibitive.

You could buy an Insight and have MCB paint from the factory.

Monte Carlo Blue would probably outsell most colors here. I saw a 'vette with a similar blue recently that looked suweeeeet. They're making a bad mistake by keeping MCB from us.

Hasn't it been kept away for about 4 years now? People still buy the S2000...

I like the MC blue. When I was looking at the Vette, there was a similar blus that I feel in love with. It's soooo pretty at night.
