Chances are you can go double the speed of the posted sign for a corner without much trouble (from experience)*

* I am not suggesting you try this, if you do and crash don't blame me
I have gone around long hairpin corners at 46-47 mph (49-50 with a new set of tires ; ) where the sign said 20 mph. I have gone well over 100 mph in a curve where the sign said 55 mph. I have done 92 mph in a curve where the sign said 40 mph. On the other hand, there is a tight ass hairpin curve on hwy 9, (on the Santa Cruz side) the sign says 15 mph. Believe me, you better not go much faster than 15-20 mph. At 25-30 mph, you will be in a big time slide.

What I am trying to say is, driving consists of a lot of common sense and personal judgement. Your life depends on you not making a mistake.

At the Fontana Superspeedway, I've entered a 'curve'(turn 1) at 125+mph..., then I had to lift because I'm not gutsy enough to go around it flat out! I probably couldn't anyway... I have S02s in front and S03s in the rear(I replaced my rear tires because I had a puncture earlier...)

Anyway, I was able to sustained 100+ mph throughout the turn. Could probably push a bit harder, but just didn't want to chance it and then end up into the concrete wall.

Hope that answerd your question.

There is this chick down the street who has major curves. I would mind entering her at any speed she would let me!

Turn 1 at Texas World Speedway is about 120mph.
Only if you come off the banking low and early.

The big boys stay wide and hit it hard.
