OMG, I've done that, too. I knew I couldn't be the only one who did that.

I did a similiar thing a couple of weeks ago. The car was washed and waxed. There was a film festival going on at the theater (a black tie affair) and although it wasn't a hot night, it was just cool enough. I got to an intersection about 5 blocks away, put the top down, and drove up to the "drop off" lane in front of the theater, with about 300 people in line and milling about. My wife and I pull up and she's dressed like a model; I'm in a designer suit. I get out the car, let her out in full view. Doesn't get any better than that.

Please Moderator, for the love of God, insert a "This Topic Sucks" or "This Thread is Lame" in the smilies section so I can use it on posts like this.

...or better yet a "Superficial Award of the Year" would work nicely

I especially like the second sentence, or an attempt of a sentence. "I get out the car, let her out in full view." Who cares Vince? When you have to brag about yourself it really shows a lack of character. Designer suit.

Take it easy there honda606. It's very simple. If you aren't interested in the thread, click the "back" button and move on to another one.

as shallow as it seems, each of us should take a little pleasure where ever we can as long as it's in moderation. Even though my car looks fast and sounds fast, once people see the badges, any envy or curiosity goes away. my car also came with the panty deflector option. owning this car is training me to not to put importance on what the majority of people say. women are not impressed by it. so I don't have to worry about the "golddigger".

Enjoy it while it lasts guys........
