How do I apply touch up paint?
I have a pretty deep scratch on the underside of my bumper, I can't see the scratch, but it's killin' me knowing that it's there. that i want to make sure that the paint on the edges of the scatch doesn't start to flake off. -
I know to use a toothpick and do several layers, But am i supposed to sand down the edges of the scratch somehow?

nope, sanding it will make it worse, even using touchup paint could make it more noticeable. But to apply it, shake the touch up bottle for a couple of minutes and get a tooth pick and apply it with a toothpick.

You will eventually have to "wet" sand after the touch up paint is on to blend it in perfectly. If you go the FAQ section of this forum, you'll see a very comprehensive set of instructions dealing with touch up paint.
